Its primary business activity is to utilise proceeds from note issuances to finance high-value, structured corporate trade finance and credit facilities approved and guaranteed by institutional insurance providers.
The vehicle operates on a bankruptcy-remote, pass-through framework structured to manage institutional debt and facilitate secure financial settlements with market counterparties and
noteholders.
